Backup, Please!

Help! I know there's a rule about not getting spanked when the bottom is sick, which means there has to be a rule about not getting spanked when we're both sick. But I don't have access to my Book of Rules and I'm afraid it'll be too late by the time I find it. Does anyone have a copy handy? Could you look in the "Illness and Disease" chapter under "Exemptions"? Please?

*shakes head* M might occasionally make decisions that I think are mean, but I don't think I've ever been punished while ill!! That really doesn't seem fair to me, Iris - not to mention that kind of exertion can't be good for your recovery or M's!

I still say we should've burned all the hairbrushes a while back...

Iris,

The only rule I can find in my copy of the book is sadly specific to implements while ill; specifically, that wooden spoons are verboten and only to be used for stirring a lovely pot of chicken or vegetable noodle soup to help speed recovery.

Take care of yourself!

You don't need the book; in fact, don't even refer to tops and bottoms - go straight to the "it's not my fault!". It's always someone's fault - usually his! If he really understood you properly, he could have interceded in time to prevent it...

I think you should let him make it up to you though.

Being a little sick doesn't exempt anyone from a well deserved paddling. However, being a LOT sick does. So no paddling for her lately. M.

While I'm not sorry to hear you've had a little respite (good, sweet, charming, very nearly but not quite innocent type that you are), I'm so sorry to hear it's because you've continued to be under the weather!

Prayers for healing for you both,
Raven

So sorry to hear you're very sick - hope you're feeling better soon ; thanks for watching out for her, M.

Iris, Most of us bottom's maintain there is always a rule for any occasion. I reserve the right to make them up as needed! I suggest you tell M he must study the rules, especially those unwritten, and that there will be a pop quiz as soon as you both feel better! I take absolutely no reasonability, however, for M's disposition when you explain all of this.

Feel better! Sara
