Still Here

Where has February gone? Last I checked, it was still January, and now here I am having to figure out a Valentine's Day present for M.

I'm not dead, thankfully. Just busy with life and a now-full-time job and rearranging furniture and going through my filing system (yuck) and having company. I have a couple thoughts for posts perking in my brain and I'll get them up when I can.

Meanwhile, be sure to check out my good friend Dr. Ken's new blog: http://spankingminnesota.blogspot.com/. I just discovered it and I think it'll be a great addition to the scene.

Hope all is well with everyone and that you're staying warm in fun ways!

Hi Iris,

I just started reading here last week, but I loved your blog so much I had to go back to the beginning (fortunately for me, this is still a manageable task!). Thanks for much to think about and to smile about.

Best,
Indiana

Dear Iris,
I, for one, can't wait until those thoughts for posts that you have perk to the surface and get translated into words.
I'm not feeling well at the moment and stayed home from work today. Hopefully it's not the same nastiness that laid you low for a while. Being home did give me a chance to read your blog, though. Discovering your kind words about my blog and finding me listed under your "My Friends" list definitely has me feeling better. So thank you and bless you!

Welcome, Indiana! I'm so glad you've enjoyed reading and I hope you'll continue to comment.

Dr. Ken, I really hope you don't have the bug I had too! Stay bundled up, drink lots of fluids, and post some more things on your blog. :-)

And Hermione, happy Valentine's Day to you too! Who's your Valentine this year?

Iris--thanks for the "get well" advice.
And I did put some more things on my blog. Namely, a link to YOUR blog....See the post entitled, "Blog Jam".

No hugs for a few more days yet,

Dr. Ken
